My first TV interview. After a San Diego Navy Chief was caught trying to meet up with a minor, the filmed encounter went viral. People were surprised to learn he was not charged in the military. I helped ABC 10 News understand some of the military law and why he wasn’t charged with a crime. I also discuss what punishments he did get, to include an OTH (Other Than Honorable) and not being able to retire after 18 years in the Navy.

Thank you for letting me discuss military law and the UCMJ.
