My first TV interview. After a San Diego Navy Chief was caught trying to meet up with a minor, the filmed encounter went viral. People were surprised to learn he was not charged in the military. I help ABC 10 News understand some of the military law and why he wasn’t charged with a crime. I also discuss what punishments he did get, to include an OTH (Other Than Honorable) and not being able to retire after 18 years in the Navy.
